About Our Fried Chicken

This is the owner Joe, a frequently asked question is, why do we have fried chicken at a Mexican Restaurant, it is a good question.  Seven years ago I purchased at auction a Pressure fryer, it was bought cheap, not knowing what to do with it, I decided to make fried chicken for my family and friends. I started experimenting with different marinades and different breading for my chicken, after 3 years of experimenting my friends told me that I had great chicken if not the best they had ever ate.  I started handing it out at parties to the customers free, and they loved it,. they kept asking me to put it on the menu, which in time I did. Then we decided to marinate some chicken in habanero which my customers seem to love. My original intention was not to put fried chicken in a Mexican restaurant, but by request it happened.  For many people that have parties this chicken is a great alternative for a person who does not want mexican food.  Many Thanks,        Joe
